Designing clarity, trust, and momentum in just one day.
Sahil is an AI-powered platform that connects businesses with suppliers and customers, streamlining procurement and distribution. It creates a centralized, automated supply chain solution tailored to small businesses — helping them save time, reduce friction, and scale faster.
When an ambitious AI founder reached out, he had a vision but needed design -- fast.
The goal was to create product mockups for investors and early users in under 24 hours.
Humbl Design doesn’t hesitate when speed and clarity matter. We agreed, got to work, and by the next day, had a complete product concept ready to impress.
The Problem
The existing product concept lacked UX structure and visual hierarchy.
There was no clear flow between user actions, and the interface didn’t communicate the product’s potential.
Early adopters were confused, and investors couldn’t easily grasp the value.
The founder needed a fast, clean, and clear design that could inspire confidence immediately.
The Approach — Built on The Humbl Framework™
Even in a one-day sprint, we followed our proven process — moving quickly from clarity to delivery.
H — Headstart
We kicked off with a short call to define the product’s core goal: simplify the supply chain without overwhelming users.
No long decks or strategy docs — just clarity, alignment, and action.
U — Understand
We identified the key personas (business owners, suppliers, customers) and mapped out their interactions.
This helped us design with intent, not guesswork.
M — Make
We immediately moved into Figma to design the first version of the MVP interface.
The focus: clarity, simplicity, and trust. Clean typography, balanced spacing, and easy-to-follow navigation turned a complex idea into a usable product vision.
B — Build
Throughout the day, we worked directly with the founder, iterating in real time.
By keeping communication tight, we delivered results that looked thought-through — not rushed.
L — Launch
Within 24 hours, Sahil had a ready-to-show prototype.
It showcased the product’s power, helped secure funding, and became the foundation for the startup’s next stage of growth.
The Results
✅ Full MVP concept designed in 24 hours
✅ Clear user flow and simplified UX
✅ Investor-ready visuals for early fundraising
✅ Strong foundation for further development
Why It Worked
- Speed with precision: Moving fast doesn’t mean cutting corners.
- Founder-level collaboration: We designed side-by-side with the founder for maximum alignment.
- Visual clarity: A clean, minimal UI made the complex product story easy to grasp.
- Focus on outcomes: The design wasn’t just pretty — it helped raise capital and grow the team.
The Takeaway
Sahil’s story proves that even in 24 hours, great design can change everything.
With focus, clarity, and collaboration, Humbl Design transformed a raw concept into an investor-ready product — fast enough to keep startup momentum alive.
That’s what The Humbl Framework™ is built for — clarity under pressure, and results that last.
Before Humbl
Most founders struggle to get design that actually keeps up with their business.
They either go with freelancers who vanish when things get busy
or agencies that slow everything down with process, meetings, and ticket systems.
