A complete product redesign that turned Izzy’s fragmented experience into a seamless digital platform.
Izzy is a Czech-based startup offering professional cleaning services for homes, offices, and Airbnb properties across Prague. Their mission is simple — make booking a cleaner as easy as ordering food delivery: fast, transparent, and reliable.
Before working with Humbl Design, Izzy had collaborated with an external agency. While the product technically worked, the process was slow, communication lacked structure, and the results didn’t match the founders’ expectations. The visuals felt off-brand, and the experience failed to capture Izzy’s promise of ease and trust.
That’s when they reached out to Humbl Design for help — and we kicked off a focused, high-speed, 2-month redesign sprint.
The Problem
Izzy’s previous design partner delivered inconsistent UI and unclear user flows.
The app and website felt disconnected, and the experience didn’t reflect the simplicity or professionalism that the founders envisioned.
There were also deeper structural issues — confusing navigation, cluttered booking paths, and missing UX logic between the app and web platforms.
Users often got lost or dropped off before completing their booking.
Izzy didn’t just need a new look. They needed a clean, conversion-driven product experience that actually worked for their users.
The Approach — Built on The Humbl Framework™
We ran a 2-month design sprint guided by The Humbl Framework™ — a process built for founders who move fast and value clarity over complexity.
H — Headstart
We began with a deep dive into Izzy’s goals, identifying core user pain points and opportunities for simplification.
Instead of long onboarding or endless planning, we jumped straight into action — turning insights into design within days.
U — Understand
We analyzed existing flows from both the website and the mobile app, pinpointing where users hesitated or dropped off.
Our research uncovered one major issue: users didn’t know where to interact — the experience between web and app was disjointed.
We restructured those journeys to be linear, familiar, and intuitive.
M — Make
We created high-fidelity mockups with a focus on clarity, trust, and brand alignment.
The redesign introduced consistent spacing, unified visuals, and simplified navigation — bringing a calm, confident aesthetic to the platform.
Every design choice supported conversion and user confidence.
B — Build
We collaborated directly with Izzy’s development partners to ensure that the new designs were implemented seamlessly.
Communication was fast, clear, and iterative — no waiting weeks for feedback or changes.
By staying tightly aligned, we ensured design quality carried through to launch.
L — Launch
Within 2 months, Izzy launched their redesigned product — a unified experience across web and app.
Users could now book, manage, and track their cleanings effortlessly.
The result was a platform that looked polished, worked smoothly, and felt as reliable as the service itself.
The Results
✅ Full redesign delivered in 2 months
✅ Unified product experience across web and mobile
✅ Simplified booking flow and improved user retention
✅ Stronger brand presence in the Prague market
✅ Clearer communication and higher customer trust

Before Humbl
Most founders struggle to get design that actually keeps up with their business.
They either go with freelancers who vanish when things get busy
or agencies that slow everything down with process, meetings, and ticket systems.
